In House Fine Dining

Multi-course meals for 2 or more people. Chef Charles will plan the ultimate fine dining experience with you, do the shopping, prepare all the food, and serve you and your guests in the comfort of your own home. Menus and style of service will be suggested by the Chef according to the occasion and number of guests. Your input and suggestions are always appreciated and, as always, the goal is “only the best for you and your guest”.

Wine Dinners

The in house fine dining experience with the addition of paired wines with each course. Wines may be chosen according to the menu items, or if you prefer, the menu items may be chosen according to the selected wines.

Wine Tasting

This is a more casual approach to the wine dinner venue. What a great way to spend an evening with friends and family sampling delicious foods with paired wines. The food may be as elaborate or simple as you wish.

Personal Chef Service

How busy are you? What is your time worth? At the end of a hectic day do you relish the thought of grocery shopping? Deciding what to buy? Cooking? Cleaning up the kitchen afterwards? Well put this angst behind you and give this service a try. You’re going to love it. Chef Charles will consult with you on your preferred menu items, special dietary needs, allergies, food and beverage likes and dislikes. On a day or days of your choosing the Chef will do the shopping, come to your home with all necessary equipment, prepare a week or more worth of meals, package and label them with re-heat instructions and put them in your refrigerator or freezer. You come home to great aromas, a clean kitchen, and delicious ready to eat meals.

Cooking Classes

Chef Charles will instruct groups or individuals in your kitchen. Subject matter can be customized to suit your desires. The Chef’s training at Culinary Institute of America along with his 25 years of hands on experience will be a great asset to you whether you are a novice cook or a seasoned gourmand.
