Cooking School now enrolling

Cooking (and eating) classes to be held on Thursday evenings beginning  June 10, 2010. Classes will be held at Chef Charles' private kitchen. We will be utilizing local foods (as much as possible) in support of the Community Supported Agriculture program. This will be a fun and interesting venue for raising our awareness of the many wonderful farmers, growers, and foragers we have right in our back yard here in northern Michigan. Chef Charles will be preparing a feast for you and your friends on the shores of beautiful Duncan Bay. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Straits of Mackinaw while relaxing on the sandy beach with refreshing libations and a menu which will reflect the best of Summer.
