Soups 101

This will be an introductory level class on the preparation of soups. Areas of focus will include: Stocks, broths, clear soups, cream soups, thickening agents, seasoning and garnishing.
This class is a demonstration. Chef Charles will be seeking students to do a “hands on” class in February.
Price is $25.00 per person pre-registered no later than January 27, 2010. Register by email through Charles Catering website @ www.northernmichigancatering.com
The kitchen is located in the parish hall (basement) of the church. Please park your vehicles in the large lot on D Street in front of the church. Enter through either side door.
