Mobile Kitchen

Chef Charles is taking it to the streets in his custom fabricated mobile kitchen. The unit is a health department certified self contained commercial kitchen that is licensed to serve anywhere in the state of Michigan. Look for it parked at your neighbors house, corporate events, charitable fundraisers, at the park, downtown, uptown and just about anywhere you can imagine. This is not a typical catering truck which simply retails food prepared commercially or in a commissary kitchen. The Chef is live and on fire everywhere the mobile kitchen goes preparing and serving up his sumptuous fare the only way he knows how… "Fresh food, choice drink, well prepared, warmly served.
